English Language Instructor

About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an English Language Instructor for a full-time position in Al Majma'ah. This role involves teaching approved English Language subjects, developing training resources, and contributing to the overall improvement of service performance. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach approved English Language subjects to cadets.
• Prepare and review courseware, including lesson plans, tests, and examination materials.
• Raise reports on the performance of individual cadets, classes, and departmental performance.
• Counsel cadets on academic and disciplinary matters in accordance with approved procedures.
• Invigilate tests and examinations according to established Academic Wing and Departmental procedures.
• Apply Company procedures for curriculum and courseware configuration control, including preparing documentation for change requests.
• Utilize the TMIS / LMIS system to maintain accurate and accessible training records.
• Contribute to the preparation of timetables, scheduling, and instructor allocation.
• Assist in the acquisition, allocation, maintenance, and use of training resources such as textbooks, classrooms, and training devices.
• Provide an environment that fosters independent learning and a military ethos.
• Offer feedback to management to enhance service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SHE policy, processes, and Duty of Care responsibilities.
• Undertake all mandatory and developmental training as required by the Company.
• Adhere to Company policy regarding standards of behavior, dress, and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in English language instruction.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and review educational courseware and assessment materials.
• Experience in providing feedback and reporting on student performance.
