Job Description

نبحث في "جزيرة الأطفال" عن موظفة لبقة ومتميزة بمسمى (كاشير وخدمة عملاء) لتنضم إلى فريقنا بفرع الأندلس مول - جدة. أنتِ الواجهة الأولى التي تستقبل الأطفال وعائلاتهم والمسؤولة عن منحهم انطباعاً أولياً رائعاً يعكس مستوى الخدمة والترفيه لدينا.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

استقبال الزوار بترحيب حار وابتسامة، وتقديم معلومات واضحة عن باقات اللعب والعروض المتاحة.

إدارة عمليات البيع وإصدار التذاكر عبر نظام الكاشير بدقة وسرعة لضمان انسيابية دخول الزوار.

استلام المدفوعات (نقداً أو عبر البطاقات) والتأكد من مطابقتها وإغلاق الصندوق بدقة في نهاية الوردية.

الرد على استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات البسيطة بمرونة، واحترافية، وإيجابية.

الحفاظ على تنظيم وهدوء منطقة الاستقبال لتوفير تجربة مريحة للأهالي.

المتطلبات:

مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التعامل اللطيف مع الأطفال وأولياء الأمور.

مظهر مهني لائق وروح إيجابية ومرحة تناسب بيئة العمل الترفيهية.

مهارات حسابية جيدة وانتباه عالٍ للتفاصيل لمنع الأخطاء المالية.

الالتزام بالمواعيد والقدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات (الصباحية/المسائية) وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

المميزات وساعات العمل:

بيئة عمل ممتعة، حيوية، ومليئة بالطاقة والبهجة.

رواتب ومكافآت مجزية تحدد حسب الكفاءة.

ساعات العمل: نظام ورديات متغيرة (6 أيام عمل في الأسبوع / يوم إجازة متغير).

موقع العمل والمقابلات:

الموقع: جدة - الأندلس مول (الدور الأول) - فرع جزيرة الأطفال.

التقديم: عبر تطبيق صبار،او زيارة فرعنا وسيتم التواصل مع المرشحات لتحديد موعد المقابلات الشخصية في الفرع.
