Dar Al Riyadh (دار الرياض) is seeking a dedicated Electrical Site Engineer to join its team in Al Qassim. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing electrical works at various project sites, contributing to the successful execution of infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Electrical Site Engineer is primarily responsible for the comprehensive implementation and diligent monitoring of all electrical-related works directly at the project site. This role ensures adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze construction methodologies, recommending optimal options to the Assistant Project Manager for approval before site execution.
• Review construction plans and accurately prepare quantity requirements for electrical components.
• Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, alongside contracts, to secure the most favorable deals.
• Liaise effectively with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Prepare detailed reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other essential project documents.
• Advise managers and clients on potential improvements and new strategic approaches related to electrical works.
• Maintain accurate track of materials and initiate reorders as required to prevent project delays.
• Document any design changes and update corresponding budgets accordingly.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Travel from the office to various project sites as necessary to fulfill job duties.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in electrical engineering roles.
• Experience within the Middle East and Saudi Arabia is considered a significant advantage.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects and systems.
• Demonstrated strong background in safety protocols and practices.
• Proficiency across all construction disciplines with practical, hands-on knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of cost management principles and applications.
• Strong understanding and experience in construction coordination.
• Valid driving license.

Work Environment and Commitment

This full-time role is based in Al Qassim and requires regular travel to various project sites. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within project teams to ensure the successful delivery of electrical works, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
