About the Role

شركة مرامر للمقاولات is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-9 years of experience in the construction industry, with mandatory experience specifically on high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical installation works on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of diverse electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, low-current systems, fire alarm, grounding, and lightning protection.
• Ensure all electrical works are executed in full compliance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and method statements prior to execution.
• Monitor site progress diligently to ensure work completion within the approved project schedule.
• Conduct thorough inspections and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover processes for electrical systems.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project milestones efficiently.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in electrical building construction.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use tower projects.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, lightning protection, and low-current systems.
• Proven experience in testing, commissioning, and system handover procedures.
• Ability to accurately interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and single-line diagrams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good knowledge of international standards (IEC, NFPA) and Saudi building regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience with Revit MEP and Primavera P6 is an advantage.
