Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie (Saudi National) for Dar Tantora, The House Hotel, located in Al Ula. This full-time position involves leading a kitchen station, mentoring team members, and contributing to the creation of cuisine within a heritage destination that emphasizes sustainability and inclusivity.

This destination includes 30 rooms, two F&B outlets, a cigar lounge, a spa, and retail stores, designed as a low-impact, sustainable heritage eco-sanctuary that offers workshops and activities highlighting the destination's historical importance. Cloud 7 Residence, a sister property, is also nearby.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned kitchen section (hot, cold, pastry, etc.) during preparation and service.
• Ensure consistent high quality and presentation for all dishes from the station.
• Oversee mise en place and ensure readiness for service at all times.
• Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs on proper techniques and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation, adhering to all food safety protocols.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to the Sous Chef.
• Assist in menu planning, dish development, and daily specials.
• Enforce portion control and minimize food waste.
• Carry out additional tasks or instructions as directed by the Executive Chef.
