Cloud 7 Residence AlUla is a key destination within the region, offering guests flexibility for short or long stays in an affordable lodge-style setting. It is positioned to facilitate exploration of AlUla's world-class heritage sites, date farms, and vibrant community. The property features 301 secluded bungalows, a range of F&B outlets, co-working spaces, and a fitness center that includes a swimming pool, paddle/multi-purpose court, and dedicated outdoor yoga and Pilates areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and support the commercial objectives of the AlUla properties.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, email marketing, and promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Revenue, and external partners to plan campaigns, events, partnerships, and destination activations that enhance guest engagement.
• Coordinate content creation, including photography, videography, and creative assets, working closely with agencies, designers, content creators, and media partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, competitor activity, and marketing budgets, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
• Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, and new product or service launches across the assigned properties.
• Prepare regular marketing reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present campaign results and recommendations to management.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and support the positioning, visibility, and growth of the AlUla property portfolio.
