About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join their team in Umluj and Al Wajh. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of the People & Culture department, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. The coordinator will support the People & Culture team in maintaining a professional work environment and delivering exceptional service to all internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with various aspects of Employee Relations.
• Develop an understanding of employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects and in maintaining policies and procedures.
• Assist with People & Culture procedures, meetings, and events.
• Provide administrative support within the People & Culture Office, including filing, answering phones, and greeting employees.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires an individual capable of managing day-to-day departmental operations and ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
