Responsibilities

• Visit businesses to evaluate the customer experience.
• Assess customer service, staff knowledge, cleanliness, and overall service quality.
• Follow predefined instructions and scenarios for each assignment.
• Capture photos or provide other requested information as required.
• Complete questionnaires accurately based on your experience.

• Experience required: 0-1 years.
• No previous Mystery Shopping experience is necessary.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and predefined scenarios.
