specifying the necessary specifications for new devices, receiving them, and ensuring they meet those specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Documenting devices and their accessories and recording daily issues.
• Conducting necessary periodic and preventive maintenance for devices.
• Providing support to device users and answering their inquiries.
• Forwarding major malfunctions to the relevant authorities.
• Preparing technical reports and developing work methods using modern technologies.

Requirements:

• Practical experience of at least one year in the field of technical support.
• Bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, information technology, information systems, or network engineering technology.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Possession of certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and ITIL v3 Foundation.
