الوصف الوظيفي

مندوب المبيعات مسؤول عن تسويق خدمات ومنتجات المؤسسة وزيادة المبيعات، من خلال البحث عن عملاء جدد والمحافظة على العملاء الحاليين وإعداد العروض ومتابعة التعاقد والتحصيل وفق سياسات المؤسسة.

نطاق العمل

1. البحث عن عملاء جدد وفرص بيع في السوق.
2. زيارة العملاء وتقديم خدمات ومنتجات المؤسسة لهم.
3. إعداد عروض الأسعار ومتابعتها مع العملاء.
4. التفاوض مع العملاء وإغلاق الصفقات وفق الصلاحيات.
5. تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية الشهرية والسنوية.
6. متابعة العقود وأوامر البيع حتى التنفيذ والتسليم.
7. متابعة تحصيل المستحقات من العملاء.
8. تحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء وسجل الزيارات.
9. دراسة السوق والمنافسين ورفع الملاحظات للإدارة.
10. إعداد تقارير المبيعات الدورية.
11. الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المبيعات في المؤسسة.

المتطلبات

1. بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة مثل الإدارة أو التسويق.
2. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات.
3. رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية.
4. مهارات إقناع وتفاوض وتواصل عالية وإجادة الحاسب واللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for marketing the company's services and products and growing sales by finding new clients, retaining existing ones, preparing offers, and following up on contracts and collections in line with company policies.

Scope of Work

1. Identify new clients and sales opportunities.
2. Visit clients and present company services and products.
3. Prepare and follow up on price quotations with clients.
4. Negotiate with clients and close deals within authorized limits.
5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Follow up on contracts and sales orders until execution and delivery.
7. Follow up on the collection of receivables from clients.
8. Update the client database and visit records.
9. Study the market and competitors and report observations to management.
10. Prepare periodic sales reports.
11. Comply with company sales policies and procedures.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Management or Marketing.
2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
3. Valid Saudi driving license.
4. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills, with computer literacy and proficiency in English.
