Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and repair of computer devices (desktop computers, laptops, printers, and scanners).
• Troubleshooting and repairing technical faults efficiently.
• Installing and updating operating systems and essential software.
• Repairing and replacing damaged spare parts as needed.
• Providing technical support to users and resolving technical issues.
• Maintaining a maintenance log and reporting recurring faults.

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Support, or a related field.
• Previous experience in computer maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and essential software.
• Ability to handle tools and technical equipment to inspect and repair devices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
