About the Job:
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team at Osman Hamid Al-Ghamdi and Sons Company. You will be responsible for following up on the implementation of administrative decisions and organizing office work, as this role is vital to support management in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement instructions and ensure the execution of decisions made by the direct manager.
  • Manage both physical and electronic mail, including sorting, distributing, and responding to messages.
  • Organize files and document transactions effectively.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and take minutes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Executive Secretarial studies.
  • Practical experience of no less than two years in the same field.
  • Proficiency in using email management software and office machines.

Skills:
  • The ability to type and write quickly and accurately.
  • Time management and the ability to take responsibility.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Work Location: Eastern Province / Dammam

Additional Details: The working hours will be in the morning.
