Join Air Products as an Administrative Assistant!
At Air Products, our mission is to address the world's energy and environmental sustainability challenges. We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Reliability Team within the Technical & Engineering Department. In this role, you'll coordinate and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for the team.
  • Prepare correspondence and expense reports with confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel plans and compile necessary documents.
  • Assist in managing team agendas and meetings.
  • Ensure efficient filing and management of records.
  • Liaise with site admins for daily HR operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in administrative roles, including executive secretarial duties.
  • Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems (*, SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
