Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and scheduling for the team.
- Prepare correspondence and expense reports with confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel plans and compile necessary documents.
- Assist in managing team agendas and meetings.
- Ensure efficient filing and management of records.
- Liaise with site admins for daily HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in administrative roles, including executive secretarial duties.
- Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems (*, SAP).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
