We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our operations at Ali Al Zayer & Partner Company in Dammam. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about administration, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and analyzing office processes to improve efficiency.
  • Communicating effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.
  • Managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Preparing reports and forecasts based on data analysis.
  • Utilizing MS Office and computer skills to assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining flexibility in adapting to changing situation and requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject.
  • 35 years of experience in an administration or secretarial position.

Additional Information:
Applicants must be able to commute to Dammam or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package. Proficiency in English is preferred.
