Administrative Assistant Job
The Gulf Steel Factory is looking for a highly efficient Administrative Assistant to join the team.

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for following up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor, organizing mail and daily appointments, and completing administrative tasks related to workflow.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor and follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions.
  • Open and sort paper mail, distribute it to the concerned parties, and respond to emails.
  • Complete typing tasks, respond to inquiries and phone calls, and organize relevant files.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor and record and document their minutes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, HRD, SPHR-CA, etc., are preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Required Skills:
  • Customer service, email management software, writing, scheduling meetings, and taking responsibility.

The salary ranges between 5000 to 7000 Saudi Riyals.
