Join the team of Andalus Hall Company for Events as an Administrative Assistant. This position requires the ability to follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions and organize daily tasks and appointments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement administrative instructions and follow up on issued decisions.
- Open and sort emails and physical mail and respond according to the direct supervisor's instructions.
- Complete printing tasks and respond to inquiries and phone calls.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and document their minutes.
- Care for files and organize transactions smoothly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
- One year of practical experience.
Required Skills:
- Customer service skills, visit scheduling, writing, and typing on the computer.
Languages:
- Arabic - Advanced
- English - Advanced
