Project Overview:
The Budget Analyst will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets for our Jubail project, one of the largest civil engineering achievements of modern times.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial data, supporting effective budget management.
  • Monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts, identifying discrepancies.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department managers on budget proposals.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Participate in budget planning sessions, providing input on financial forecasts.
  • Evaluate process improvements for budgeting procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested.

Education and Experience Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar disciplines, along with proficiency in financial analytical tools.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Effective communication in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
