Role Overview
The Bid & Commercial Specialist supports the business by enhancing the sales process and ensuring timely responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs). You will work closely with key account managers and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing quality tenders for winning bids.
  • Ensure effective and efficient tender processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts and manage responses to RFQs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, pricing, manufacturing, and other departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain compliance and risk matrices for all opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer order processes for drilling spare parts.
  • Address customer inquiries and lead resolution efforts for delivery and disputes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 35 years of experience in a customer support or commercial role.
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
