We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and control project costs effectively.

Job Overview:
The Cost Engineer will be integral in maintaining the integrity of cost estimates and aligning project cost management with project goals and budgets. You will work closely with project controls, procurement, engineering, construction teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
    • Ensure timely and accurate capturing of costs.
    • Monitor and control cost commitments and expenditures.
  • Cost Forecasting & Change Management:
    • Prepare project cost forecasts and manage change orders.
    • Facilitate communication regarding cost impacts of changes.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Liaise with other teams to manage project cost activities.
  • Risk Analysis & Mentoring:
    • Assist in mentoring junior cost personnel.
  • Project Close-Out:
    • Manage project cost close-out processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do
