Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in office administration, public relations, customer service, or executive secretarial studies.
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification preferred.

Skills:

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Power BI, post-sale management, report preparation, measuring customer opinions, and managing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounting entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Assisting the Financial Controller with daily, monthly, and year-end operations.
• Managing payments, recording local and overseas supplier invoices, and verifying advance requests.
• Recording and posting daily collections from various payment methods.
• Verification of local cash purchases and petty cash expenditures.
• Preparation of financial documents like Letters of Credit for import/export and guarantees.
• Preparation of monthly schedules, bank reconciliation statements, and closure entries.
• Assisting with financial and tax audits and internal control documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Diploma in Accounting is mandatory.
• Proficient in Double-Entry Accounting and Financial Statement preparation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• A team player with the ability to work effectively with others.
