The Role of Electrical Technician

NCC is seeking an Electrical Technician to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on executing predictive, preventive, and reactive electrical maintenance activities to ensure reliable equipment performance and support safe, continuous production operations. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, maintaining electrical panels and wiring, and contributing to equipment reliability and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute predictive, preventive, and reactive electrical maintenance activities in accordance with established schedules.
• Review job orders, prioritize work, and perform necessary repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
• Read electrical diagrams, troubleshoot electrical faults, and repair electrical panels, wiring, and connections.
• Support equipment reliability and performance improvement initiatives by identifying operational losses and implementing defined countermeasures.
• Conduct safety risk analyses and pre-work safety checks before commencing maintenance activities.
• Adhere to QHSE procedures and ensure the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and collaborate with production teams to enhance maintenance practices and standards.
• Coach and support operators in basic electrical troubleshooting, repair, and standard maintenance routines.
• Utilize digital maintenance tools and predictive maintenance analytics to support effective electrical maintenance.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Electrical Technician position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
