Education, Qualifications & Experience:
You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef's training course and previous experience in quality establishments, along with good culinary skills. Effective communication in English and a strong background in food preparation, presentation, and preservation are essential.
Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be positively spirited, passionate about food, and committed to working with the service team to provide amazing guest experiences. You must be creative, dedicated, and able to work in a multicultural environment with the following competencies:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work.
- Work according to the menu specifications set by the Chef de Partie.
- Maintain hygienic conditions in the work area as per hotel regulations.
- Control food stock and food costs within your section.
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in various sections of the kitchen.
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete daily tasks.
- Ensure highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation.
- Instruct and lead subordinates in food preparation, actively participating in buffet and special function setups.
- Coordinate with other sections regarding cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
