Lead the negotiation, preparation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Asset and Accommodation Coordination:
Oversee the rental process for necessary assets and employee accommodations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. - Ajeer System Management:
Utilize the Ajeer system for labor documentation, contracts, and maintaining compliance. - Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams, preparing reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of HR administration experience, specialized in labor contracts or accommodations.
- Proficiency in Ajeer system and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
