We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage and oversee rental labor contracts, asset rentals, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi Arabian labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rental Labor Contracts Management:
    Lead the negotiation, preparation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Asset and Accommodation Coordination:
    Oversee the rental process for necessary assets and employee accommodations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ajeer System Management:
    Utilize the Ajeer system for labor documentation, contracts, and maintaining compliance.
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams, preparing reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of HR administration experience, specialized in labor contracts or accommodations.
  • Proficiency in Ajeer system and MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
