Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition strategies and ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  • Manage the HR department's budget, establish departmental targets, and monitor key HR metrics.
  • Implement cost-effective HR practices and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Identify HR risks and challenges proactively.
  • Foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across diverse industries.
  • Strong expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in aligning HR functions with strategic goals.
  • Solid background in HR financial management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR technologies and trends.
