The HR Specialist will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth employee management processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR best practices, payroll management, and administrative tasks, contributing to a productive and efficient workplace.

The HR Specialist will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth employee management processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR best practices, payroll management, and administrative tasks, contributing to a productive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Accurately process employee payroll, ensuring timely disbursement and compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain payroll records and address any discrepancies or employee queries regarding salaries and deductions.
- Vacation and Leave Administration: Track and manage employee vacation, sick leaves, and other types of leaves. Ensure accurate leave balances and maintain updated records in HR systems.
- Documentation and Correspondence: Prepare and manage official letters, memos, and other HR-related communications. Handle employment contracts, salary certificates, and other documentation requests.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations and Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Foster positive relationships among employees and management.
- HR Administration: Maintain organized employee records, including onboarding and offboarding documentation. Support recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 24 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
