We are looking for an outstanding human resources specialist to join our team at Gulf Benefits Company for Contracting.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Implementing procedures and systems related to employee attendance monitoring.
  • Supervising the implementation of leave policies and procedures and contributing to improving the work environment.
  • Dealing with employee complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Preparing documents and reports related to human resources operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • Certified credentials such as CIPD and PHR.

Required Skills:
  • Good skills in billing, supervision, and training.
  • Strong ability to prepare reports and monitor performance.
  • Knowledge of human resources procedures and data handling.

  • Focus with effective multitasking skills.
  • Must adhere to safety equipment requirements.
