Job Description:
You will be responsible for implementing procedures, systems, and forms related to monitoring employee attendance. You will ensure the application of sick and emergency leave policies and procedures, updating employee information, and handling their complaints and inquiries professionally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the attendance and leave of branch employees and applying the attendance monitoring system.
  • Implementing policies and procedures related to leaves, promotions, secondments, and end of service.
  • Handling employee complaints and inquiries and escalating issues to management.
  • Updating employee information and documenting everything related to them.
  • Preparing documents and reports related to operations and providing appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.

Required Skills:
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Monitoring employee absenteeism.
  • Efficient document management.
  • Monitoring daily work activities.

Languages:
Arabic, English, and Urdu.

  • Must adhere to safety equipment requirements.
