PIPECARE Group, a leader in in-line inspection services with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources and Administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the efficiency of the Human Resources Department through effective communication between regional and central offices.
- Assist in recruitment, including scheduling interviews and screening CVs.
- Coordinate administrative HR tasks such as visa processing, employee documentation, and medical insurance.
- Maintain records of employee leaves and manage clearance and handover activities.
- Create and maintain personal files for employees, both physical and digital.
- Monitor daily attendance and finalize payroll in our ERP system.
- Prepare HR-related documents including contracts and certificates.
- Handle employee accommodation requests and issue various employee passes.
- Participate in internal meetings and carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Administrator role.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work proactively and maintain confidentiality.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be mobile and able to maneuver within a plant environment.
- Effective communication capabilities.
- Focus with effective multitasking skills.
- Must adhere to safety equipment requirements.
