Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & acquire potential customers and projects to secure business.
• Develop both new and existing accounts to expand business.
• Analyze the assigned territory and market potential.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
• Utilize the Doka product portfolio for upselling to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and sales strategy.
• Collaborate with management to produce plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide best-in-class after-sales service for customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of sales management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong expertise in construction and formwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Assisting in developing, preparing, and reviewing job budgets.
• Preparing and issuing weekly project cost reports.
• Preparing subcontractor progress reports and payment certificates.
• Investigating causes of budget overruns on site.
• Preparing project variation orders and supporting documents.
• Executing site visits to gather necessary data for progress reports.
• Verifying Material Requisition Forms (MRF) to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conducting quantity take-offs for contract measurements accurately.
• Analyzing cost discrepancies between job budgets and estimates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
