At ابناء علي التاروتي, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products in the food and beverage sector. We are seeking an IT Specialist who will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and laboratory-related systems.
  • Network Management: Maintain and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and shared folders.
  • IT Security: Implement and monitor security measures to ensure optimal performance and data protection.
  • System Deployment & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and IT systems.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Develop IT documentation and collaborate with departments to address specific IT needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for IT processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
