We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to provide essential IT support across our organization. As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our technological infrastructure and assistance to end-users.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to service desk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Perform regular updates and patches for software applications.
  • Network Support: Assist in maintaining local area networks (LAN) and internet connectivity. Monitor network performance and report issues to senior staff.
  • System Administration Support: Assist in creating and managing user accounts and access controls. Ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • IT Projects Support: Assist in the deployment of new IT systems or upgrades and provide support during training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience in IT support.
  • Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to new technologies.

  • 12 years of training or coaching experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication, demonstration, and safety-conscious skills.
  • Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for developing trainees' skills.
