About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Logistics Professional to join its newly established factory in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is instrumental in developing and implementing the logistics and customs framework necessary for successful operations. The role targets experienced logistics specialists with 5-10 years of experience, possessing a strong background in customs compliance and warehouse operations, capable of managing complex challenges independently. You will contribute to a collaborative team culture that values accountability and proactive problem-solving, directly enhancing efficiency and supporting production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound and outbound shipment processes, coordinating with freight forwarders and transport providers.
  • Oversee inventory control for materials and finished goods utilizing SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Implement and optimize logistics workflows for material movement, storage, and distribution within the factory.
  • Analyze logistics performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Prepare and manage all shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Act as the primary contact for customs brokers and authorities, resolving documentation discrepancies and clearance delays.
