Join Smiths Group as a Service Delivery Office Manager!
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our Service Projects effectively. Your role will encompass the complete lifecycle of project delivery, from initial planning through to execution and review, ensuring successful engagement with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage project delivery projects including service contract implementations and action plans.
  • Ensure precise identification of presale inputs and customer assessments, confirming our capacity for successful delivery.
  • Oversee and onboard project personnel.
  • Support resource planning and optimize personnel utilization according to targets.
  • Monitor project cost and performance reporting.
  • Plan and participate in periodic Contract Performance Reviews.
  • Capture lessons learned and propagate best practices.
  • Manage change as required.
  • Review and analyze project delivery performance.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Experience in Rotating Equipment, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Condition Monitoring, and Lubrication.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management.
