Overview of the Role:
Join Abunayyan Holding as a Senior Procurement Officer, where you will play a key role in planning and supervising the supply of products and services essential for the company's requirements. You will manage day-to-day procurement activities and challenges by applying best practices to secure the best value deals.

Main Tasks:
  • Purchase material & services to ensure that the company’s operational needs are met with the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Ensure continuous supply of required goods and services.
  • Monitor internal procurement systems, policies, and processes to ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Assist the team with queries regarding procurement systems and address any non-compliance issues.
  • Monitor spending and foster a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
  • Regularly report on delivery status, cost savings, and vendor master data.

Education & Experience:
Minimum BSc Degree in supply chain management, economics, finance, operations, engineering, or a related area with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or operations functions.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Ability to maintain business relationships with vendors, negotiate and review contracts for legal compliance.
  • Developing new suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure best prices and terms.
  • Strong reporting skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
