Job Title: Purchasing Specialist
Job Description: We at the Construction and Roads Services Company offer a job opportunity for a qualified purchasing specialist. He will be responsible for assessing the needs of organizational units for materials, conducting market surveys to get the best prices from suppliers. It is also important to supervise the receipt of offers from suppliers and evaluate them, as well as build a database regarding materials and supplier prices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Sales Management, or Industrial Engineering and Systems.
Required Certifications and Licenses: Purchasing Management Certificate (CAME - PMC) preferred, and languages: Arabic and English at an advanced level.
Skills: Purchasing regulations, research, supervision, report preparation and monitoring, assessing the company's needs, and other related skills.
