Role Overview:
As the Procurement Service Tower Manager, you will:
  • Manage daily operations for procurement processes and collaborate with various teams.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Enhance procurement strategies and manage contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate procurement team transactions to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Develop the skills of the procurement team and enhance stakeholder relationships.
  • Operations Management: Oversee operational delivery and manage procurement processes effectively.
  • Process Enhancement: Create and implement best practices for procurement.

Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities and insight into procurement strategies.
  • Proficiency in English, with Arabic being an advantage.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, or procurement.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
