Asas Training, part of the Khalifa Abdulrahman Algosaibi Investment Company, is focused on creating advanced technical and vocational training in the Middle East. We are seeking a talented Procurement and Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key procurement and sourcing opportunities and develop strategies in line with our global plan.
  • Analyze financial impacts, working closely with category managers to explore resource opportunities.
  • Review discrepancies in system records, ensuring all supplier agreements are followed.
  • Support sourcing development by expanding our supplier database.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams on material needs and forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and maintain KPI reporting.
  • Streamline processes in collaboration with sales, finance, logistics, and management teams.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
