Position Overview:
As a detail-oriented Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will conduct inspections at various stages of production to verify compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This position requires close collaboration with the production team to identify and resolve any defects or quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to identify defects.
  • Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant departments.
  • Perform product testing to confirm adherence to quality standards.
  • Review production processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Provide support during internal and external quality audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
  • Train employees on quality standards and practices.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably in the oil & gas or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards (*, ISO 9001).
  • Experience with quality inspection tools and techniques.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in quality management or inspection (*, CQI, CWI).
