About the role:
The Sales Manager position in Dammam is a critical role focused on driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise and experience to create and close new opportunities while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Calculations, creation, and coordination of offers.
  • Analyze the market and identify customer needs.

Qualifications:
  • 35 years of Freight forwarding sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in any discipline.

Financial Goals:
  • Achieve operating profit of the country organization.
  • Meet financial and volume budgets.
  • Achieve 5 new defined KAM business.

Sales Development Goals:
  • Establish country Business development roadmap aligned with Global sales by June, 2023.

Sales Compliance:
  • Ensure the team achieves sales compliance targets through CRM.

Pipeline Reporting:
  • Monthly pipeline reporting for the Key accounts via CRM.
