We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in KSA, specializing in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, establish and maintain key client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and safeguard PIPECARE trade secrets.

- Be results-oriented and alert others timely when a task may not produce the required result for PIPECARE’s final product.
- Follow PIPECARE’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE.
- Identify training requirements.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the oil and gas sector.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and proactively offering solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute sales plans, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective initiative execution.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Competency Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in the oil and gas industry.
