Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors.
  • Train and develop team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM systems.
  • Set individual and monthly sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through personal and team sales efforts.
  • Generate leads and track sales performance metrics.
  • Provide regular feedback and conduct intensive daily reviews with the sales team.
  • Ensure team has necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Monitor budgets and track progress on sales performance.
  • Establish and expand the customer base through effective team management.
  • Perform regular field visits for client interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
  • 8 years of sales experience with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of local market and sales techniques.
  • Valid KSA driving license required.
