A Snapshot of Your Day
As an LTP Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, your day begins with a focus on engaging both new and existing customers to identify and develop opportunities for large-scale Long Term Service Contracts for our Gas Turbine and Compressor fleet in the Middle East. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to create competitive technical and financial proposals that meet customer needs. Your role involves regular visits to key clients, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring that your efforts contribute significantly to the region’s financial targets.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Develop and drive sales for long-term service agreements for Siemens Energy turbomachinery in the Middle East.
  • Analyze marketing strategies for long-term service projects, considering technical and commercial factors.
  • Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with sales, contract management, and engineering teams.
  • Support the sales plan for new unit projects requiring service agreements.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial proposal aspects with country and product line marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to enhance relationships and present service capabilities.

What You Bring
  • University degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in the energy industry.
  • Strong familiarity with Siemens Energy’s gas turbine and compressor portfolio, including service solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in multicultural environments.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at executive levels.
  • Organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 35% of the time.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
