About the role: As a Sales Executive at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to drive new business for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts, driving business into Hilton and increasing market share.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
  • Implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
  • Prepare company contracts as per current business and pricing conditions.
  • Cooperate with departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attend sales events as required.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of management.
