At Dana Rayhaan by Rotana, we are in search of passionate and dynamic guest-focused Sales professionals. As a Sales Executive, you will deliver extraordinary levels of customer service while providing creative solutions to our guests.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement all sales activities to maximize business opportunities in your area.
    • Generate and maintain customer relations through face-to-face sales calls and telephone calls.
    • Maintain high exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
    • Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of your portfolio, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
    • Formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts.
    • Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in sales & marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of post-graduate work experience in a similar position.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in English are mandatory.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for selling products or services, contacting potential buyers, presenting products and services, answering questions and discussing pricing.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
