Job Purpose
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the sales team with tools, reports, and strategies to enhance performance. Your expertise in real estate sales workflows and CRM systems will be invaluable in driving revenue and operational excellence.

Main Accountabilities
  • Coordinate pre and post-sale operation matters within the sales department.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and analyze sales figures and collection levels.
  • Verify documents for contract management and track all contracts' progress.
  • Assist in managing transaction workflows for seamless execution.
  • Maintain best practices to streamline property sales and transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with departments such as Finance and Legal for compliance requirements.
  • Initiate the title deed transferring process.

Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of overall business management experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant functional area.

Required Skills
  • Good bilingual (Arabic/English) communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Customer focus with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
