Join a Leading Restaurant Sector Company as a Sales Supervisor

One of the leading companies in the restaurant sector is looking for a Sales Supervisor with the following details:

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Present company offers and services to clients in a professional manner with high persuasion skills.
  • Negotiate with clients to ensure successful deals that benefit both parties.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and attract new customers.
  • Monitor client needs and ensure satisfaction with the products and services provided.
  • Prepare periodic reports to analyze the market and measure sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the food and beverage sector or general sales.
  • Preference for those with experience in the food and beverage sector, especially in B2B dealings.
  • High communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to negotiate with different personalities.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and understanding of customer needs and purchasing behaviors.
