Main tasks:
- Quickly taking notes and copying correspondence and reports
- Receiving and sorting phone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating meeting schedules
- Creating systems for file and record management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial
- 2 years of experience in the same field
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certificate
Required skills:
- Contact officer services
- Document management software
- Scheduling visits
- Typing on a computer
- Responding to visitor complaints
