Main tasks:
  • Quickly taking notes and copying correspondence and reports
  • Receiving and sorting phone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinating meeting schedules
  • Creating systems for file and record management

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial
  • 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certificate

  • Responding to visitor complaints

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • A team player with the ability to work effectively with others.
