We at Al-Andalus Hall for Events are looking for a professional secretary to support the director and management through a variety of tasks. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you contribute to coordinating essential projects and managing the agenda.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking notes in shorthand and typing quickly.
  • Copying correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, reviewing and coordinating them.
  • Receiving calls and directing them according to the needs of the callers.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and distributing correspondence.
  • Coordinating schedules and preparing for meetings and securing the meeting room.
  • Creating systems to organize and maintain files and records.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial Studies.
  • Practical experience of at least two years.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English. Knowledge of Urdu is considered an additional advantage.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in document management software.
  • Advanced computer typing skills.
  • Experience in storing archival documents and managing files.

If you possess certifications such as (CCNA) or (PHRi) or (CISA) or (PMI) you will be better qualified.
