We at Al-Andalus Hall for Events are looking for a professional secretary to support the director and management through a variety of tasks. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you contribute to coordinating essential projects and managing the agenda.

If you possess certifications such as (CCNA) or (PHRi) or (CISA) or (PMI) you will be better qualified.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking notes in shorthand and typing quickly.
- Copying correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, reviewing and coordinating them.
- Receiving calls and directing them according to the needs of the callers.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and distributing correspondence.
- Coordinating schedules and preparing for meetings and securing the meeting room.
- Creating systems to organize and maintain files and records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial Studies.
- Practical experience of at least two years.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English. Knowledge of Urdu is considered an additional advantage.
Skills:
- Proficiency in document management software.
- Advanced computer typing skills.
- Experience in storing archival documents and managing files.
If you possess certifications such as (CCNA) or (PHRi) or (CISA) or (PMI) you will be better qualified.
