Key Responsibilities:- Implement procedures and systems for monitoring branch employee attendance and various types of leave, modifying forms as necessary.
- Apply annual, sick, and emergency leave policies and procedures, including handling promotions, secondments, and terminations while recording all staff incidents as per approved regulations.
- Professionally address complaints, notes, requests, and inquiries from employees, escalating issues efficiently to department management.
- Update employee information and provide it to the employee services team by documenting all details related to promotions, training courses, salary, and benefits.
- Prepare specialized documentation and reports pertaining to HR operations, providing suitable recommendations, solutions, and ensuring proper storage in the designated database as per approved policies.
